J Squared Barrel House is proud to support our local communities, events, and the environment. We receive letters, phone calls and emails for donations sponsorships on a daily basis. We use this donation/sponsorship form to help us organize all of our requests and to help you reach us. Please keep in mind that we simply are not able to fulfill every request, but each one will be considered by our management team and we will respond to you as promptly as possible.

Qualifications:

1. Have a 501 (c) (3) Federal Tax ID# to receive a donation
2. Include J Squared Barrel House in a promotional media: posters, social media, print programs (please request a logo if needed)
3. Give 60 days notice

We don’t donate to religious non-profits or political organizations.
